Why Hamilton Group exists, and where we are heading.

For a long time, each of my businesses worked on its own. I decided to bring them together under one name, Hamilton Group, so that every company could share the same values, the same standards and the same support.
Quality, customer service and reliability matter to me. I would rather make a small promise and keep it than make a big one I cannot.
Hamilton Group is still growing. Some of our companies are already working with clients, and others are being carefully prepared for launch. I am proud of every one of them, and of the people who help bring them to life.
Alongside the group, I write and speak about leadership, care and personal growth, and I am the author of books on Care Home standards and safeguarding.

Why Hamilton?
The name Hamilton is often linked to a flat topped hill or mountain. That is exactly why it was chosen. Adam imagines a large table at the top of that mountain, where everyone who helped along the way sits together, and no one can tell who is the boss and who is the supporter. Everyone at the table has succeeded together.
What our logo stands for
The lion in our logo represents ambition, nobility, strength, loyalty and courage. These are the qualities we want every Hamilton company to carry, and the way we want to treat the people we work with.
The future
We are growing step by step. Our current focus is building strong foundations for each company, including Hamilton Care Solutions and Hamilton Publishing, and preparing new brands such as Hamilton Luxury Perfumes for launch.
Other ideas are already in the planning stage. We will share them when they are ready, and not before.
